Both The Keys Kottage and Bayside are unique places, and the people who visit, both owners and guests, feel very special about the property. The privacy is wonderful, the accommodations are new and clean, the property peaceful, and the access to the fishing is the best in the Keys, indisputably. The Keys Kottage and Bayside rent for 1 week intervals, from Saturday to Saturday. Rates given above are for up to 4 adults. Additional adults are $60 per person per night. State and County tax is 12.5% and there is an additional $100 refundable security deposit. Reservations are secured by a $500 deposit and the balance is due 6-8 weeks prior to arrival. Discounts are available for multi-week rentals.
