Holzman's Keys Kottage and Bayside
Holzman's Keys Kottage and Bayside are part of the Holiday House Condominium property on Upper Matecumbe Key, Islamorada. These two accommodations have everything you could want in Paradise, whether you’re a family looking for a relaxing vacation on the water, or a group of serious fisherman (or fisherwomen) looking for a place to be when you’re not out on the water chasing the big one. Both the Keys Kottage and Bayside are pet friendly to well behaved dogs. Please no cats or birds.

The KEYS KOTTAGE is a two bedroom two bath villa that has recently completed a complete renovation. The KOTTAGE is fully air conditioned, has ceramic tile throughout and a full modern kitchen. A full size clothes washer and dryer are provided. The KOTTAGE has a queen size bed in the master bedroom, two trundle beds in the second bedroom and a queen size sleeper couch in the living room. The KOTTAGE is ideal for a family with several teenage children and friends, two couples or a group of serious fishermen.

BAYSIDE is a somewhat smaller but more romantic unit. BAYSIDE is a one bedroom, two bath first floor apartment directly under the OSPREY NEST, located next to the boat basin and overlooking Florida Bay. Fully air-conditioned and with ceiling fans in each room, BAYSIDE has ceramic tile throughout the apartment. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the master bath has a Jacuzzi. The living room with its view overlooking the water, has a queen size murphy bed. BAYSIDE is ideally suited for a couple, perhaps with small children, or two couples who are close. |

The Living area of each unit is tastefully decorated and includes a queen size sofa bed or Murphy bed as well as an entertainment center with a tv, DVD player and stereo. Both units are WI-FI equipped!

Both of the units have fully equipped kitchens with a refrigerator, microwave, full size range and oven, and a dishwasher. Both units have a breakfast bar separating the kitchen from the dining area. Service for 8 is provided, as are needed cooking utensils, pots and pans.

Both the KOTTAGE and BAYSIDE have separate dining areas adjacent to the kitchens for your dining pleasure.

Our boat basin can accomodate boats up to 26 feet in length, and dockage for your boat is included in the rental. |

The KEYS KOTTAGE and BAYSIDE are designed and equipped to maximize your comfort and enjoyment during your stay with us. The privacy is wonderful, the property unique and the access to fishing, diving and fun is the best in the Keys.

Rates are $1295 per week for in season for either the Kottage or Bayside for up to 4 adults, plus state and county tax (11.5%) and a refundable security deposit. There is a charge of $60 per person per night for each adult over 4.
A deposit of $500 is required to hold reservations. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival (The balance for multi-week rentals is due 8 weeks prior to arrival).
Both units welcome well behaved dogs. No cats or birds, please
